47er Drehorgel von Frederic Keller by Robbie Rhodes "De Poppenspaeler" (The Puppet Player) was built circa 1989 by Frederic Keller especially to perform for the children outside the Puppet Theater Museum in Luebeck, Germany. Keller is a Black Forest craftsman now living in France and, true to the traditions of Waldkirch, the scale of the 47-key organ is based upon a tried-and-proven design by Carl Frei. Powered by a hand-crank, it has 176 pipes and features a loud, sonorous bass voice which demands lots of air !
