FS: Musical Instruments, Music Books and Rolls
By Kevin McElhone
I continue to slowly clear my stock, but need to speed things up a little...
There are three free instruments that must be collected from Fordingbridge,
Hampshire, England, by 10th February. All have been un-used for four years
since the owner died. They are
1) a Steck player piano with many hundreds of rolls;
2) an Ian Alderman copy of a chamber barrel organ;
3) a street barrel piano for parts.
I have to clear:
4) six Cob organettes in working order, with new and original cobs;
5) two new Cabinetto organette rolls;
6) about 50 new Celestina rolls on spools;
7) another 100 Celestina rolls without spools;
8) rolls for Aeolian 46-note and 58-note organ, some original and some new
and/or modern.
Several books and one e-book, mostly published by the Musical Box Society
of Great Britain:
9) £30 The Disc Musical Box;
10) £15 100-page Supplement to The Disc Musical Box.
Buy both for £35.
11) £20 electronic copy of The Organette Book;
12) £15 100-page supplement to The Organette Book.
Buy both for £30.
13) £8 The Millenium Clock Tower (a huge automata in the Edinburgh Museum);
14) £15 The Fairground Organ -- later Revised Edition (sold on behalf of
St. Albans Organ Theatre).
