Seek Coin Slide for Regina 27" Folding Top
By Bob Abbott

At some point in time during its life, the nickel coin slide on
my oak Regina 27" coin-operated folding-top music box was replaced
with a quarter coin slot.

If possible, I would like to restore my music box to its original
configuration. Therefore, I am seeking either the correct type
of nickel coin slide and brass escutcheon for my music box, or an
oak soundboard with the coin slide and brass escutcheon attached.

When pushed in, the slide extends approximately 1.25 to 1.4 inches
(3.2 to 3.6 cm) from the top of the soundboard. Please refer to the
attached photo of an oak soundboard with the coin slide and brass
escutcheon.

Please contact me if you have the correct type coin slide or
soundboard with coin slide available for sale, or know of someone
who can replace the coin slot on my sound board with the correct
type coin slide.

Thank you,

Bob Abbott
