A man named Curt Poutsch contacted me recently regarding
a Chickering Ampico for sale. I assume he found me through
my connection to the Heart of America chapter of AMICA that
I am the treasurer of. The text follows:

"My name is Curt Poutsch. I am retired and live in Albuquerque, New
Mexico. Twenty years ago I purchased a Chickering reproducing piano
from the Schwinn family estate, Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. During the
following 14 years the piano was professionally rebuilt and refinished
in Milwaukee, and the player action restored by Bill Singleton,
St. Louis.

"In short, and acknowledging my personal bias, it is an incredible
instrument. The piano has been serviced annually and there are no
outstanding issues. I'm sending this to you with hopes that you or your
members may help me find a home for this instrument. Price is $7200.
