Carousel at Pottstown Wurlitzer 125 Band Organ
By Cassidy Juraniec

Hello, I went on a trip today to the Carousel at Pottstown,
Pennsylvania, and I saw a Wurlitzer 125 band organ sitting idle
within a few antique carousel horse figures which I took a picture
of.

When I asked the volunteers about the organ they told me that it is
able to play but it is never played (probably for restoration and
financial reasons). The carousel plays band organ recordings like
most carousels nowadays.

I also have a video of the carousel to show how it only uses band organ
recordings for the music instead of a live organ playing. Here is the
link of my video I uploaded: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LbeY3wJamSk
