Costs of Shipping Piano Rolls Via USPS Media Mail

It costs about $5 to send a roll from New Yok City to Los Angeles.
Many postal agents are not only ignorant of what a piano roll is,
but also that piano rolls are specifically listed in their own
"Content Standards for Media Mail" in the U.S. Postal Service
"Domestic Mail Manual."
To assist them, as a rule, I write this on outside of the package
I'm sending: "Media Mail: DMM 173.4.1e"
