Wanted to buy: a great foot pump player piano

Hello Player Piano Fans, I hope this finds you well as the holiday
season approaches. I am looking for a recently restored, high quality
foot pump player piano for a project. Willing to pay a fair price.

To me, fully restored means new cloth, tubing, valves, re-strung, new
hammers and dampers, refinished or clean original finish, original
ivories preferred.

I am not looking for any project pianos. Must pump easily and sound
great. Brands considered include Knabe, Steinway, Melville Clark/Apollo,
Bush and Lane, Conover, etc.

I would love to find a great piano here on the West Coast from someone
looking to re-home their instrument, but I'm willing to consider pianos
from other areas if appropriate.
