Seek "Rhapsody in Blue" Roll For Orchestra Concert
By Gary Rasmussen
We are considering a George Gershwin symphony orchestra concert next
year in honor of the 100 year anniversary of the first performance
of "Rhapsody in Blue". I would like to have George Gershwin himself
playing "Rhapsody in Blue" on a Duo-Art piano, with a symphony
orchestra.
I have the professional Southwest Ohio Philharmonic symphony
orchestra available https://swophil.com/ and I have some candidates
for a Duo-Art piano for the concert. I am working on getting a local
municipality to sponsor this.
Please let me know if you have a music roll available for purchase
or rent for a concert, of George Gershwin playing Rhapsody in Blue,
arranged to be played with a full symphony orchestra.
