Is there any way to obtain a copy this article other than via
Oxford? It sounds fascinating; I'm interested but I have no
institutional access via our city library system or my child's
university.

I registered with Oxford but that article is not accessible
without paying more than 50 euros and the cost is prohibitive
for an individual.
