Dear Mechanical Music Digest people, I hope you can help me with
my query.
I'm currently working on a research project on piano rolls and
player pianos and I'm looking for locations in the US that are holding
"original" equipment/machines (from the 1900s to the 1920s) that were
used to record and produce piano rolls, such as editing benches,
marking pianos, perforators, etc.
So far I've only been able to spot the old QRS equipment, which is
now exhibited at the MIM in Phoenix, Arizona.
I would be happy to hear any hints, contacts or directions. You may
contact me via email: sjust[[at]]uni-bonn.de
Kind regards and thanks in advance for your help,
Steffen Just
