[ I see "Réparé par" and "Retouché par" = "Repaired by"
[ and "Touched up by". -- Robbie
Hello. Robbie is right. The first part is
Réparé par PIFFAULT Cloître Saint Sulpice No. 23 À ORLEANS
= Repaired by PIFFAULT, Saint Sulpice Abbey No. 23 at Orleans
(the French city)
The second part is
Retouché par LEJEUNE lutier (now spelled luthier) demeurant
(demarie or demere) au bourdon bleu no.26
= Revised or touched up by LEJEUNE luthier (instrument maker)
living (staying?) at "bourdon bleu No.26"
The last line is very difficult to decipher, particularly the
beginning: "demarie or demere"?
