Since getting as copy of the next iteration of PlaySK Piano Roll Reader
with an Ampico B virtual tracker bar I've been working to rescan the
Ampico B rolls that I have in my MIDI collection.

Scans emulated by Warren Trachtman's emulator have consistently bad
dynamic emulation with misplaced accents and missed canceling accenting
notes that shouldn't be.

The scan I'm looking for now is Ampico 216083, "Sweet Is The Word For
You / Blue Hawaii", played by Frank Milne (1937). I found a scan of
this roll in the Richard Stibbons Collection but, alas, the dynamics
are particularly badly screwed up on this one. If anyone has a CIS scan
I'd love to get a copy for re-emulating.

Note: Please make sure that the first song is "Sweet Is The Word For
You", because some of the rolls had "Blue Hawaii" come first.
