Can any reader help with a small research project? We would very much
like to hear from anyone with a wood cased musical snuff box in their
collection specifically decorated with pen work or similarly transfer
decorated in a style known as Mauchline ware.

Off the page slightly, if anyone has a one decorated in a Tartan, we
are interested to learn of such a piece also.

Please take time to respond if you either have, or know of such a
box. Some interesting connections have been established and any extra
images will not only help the research, but will hopefully make for
interesting reading in an article we hope to publish later in the year.
