I have seen the eBay listing for the Telektra paper roll [22.05.18
MMD]. For those who are curious and just for the record, while the
pianist signature is pretty much illegible, I have identified it as
that of Constantin Von Sternberg. The number of the roll falls in
line close to some of his other recordings for the Telektra. I found
his signature online to confirm that he is indeed the pianist.
As far as I know, and as stated in the superb Billings Rollography
on the Tel-Electric Company, there are no known examples of the paper
roll reading "Telektra". That doesn't mean there might not be one
or more, in whole or in parts, out there somewhere waiting to be
discovered. Thus I suspect the roll might not find a buyer except for
someone wanting it for historical reasons.
