FS: Wurlitzer Concert Organ Rolls, Set of 104
By David Krall

I am offering for sale, at greatly reduced price, a set of the
Wurlitzer Concert Organ rolls consisting of 104 multi-tune rolls,
one of which is a test roll. This set is in beautiful, like-new
condition with excellent quality boxes and superbly recut by
Play-Rite Music Rolls (see the photos at the links below). The
original rolls were from the collection of, and loaned by,
J. B. Nethercutt.

The best description of the Wurlitzer Concert Organ rolls along with
a rollography can be found here:

https://www.mechanicalmusicpress.com/registry/wurlitzer/mr_conorg.htm

There is one additional roll in the set, no. 4118, which is not listed
in the rollography. The last roll listed in the rollography, no. 4808
(Sacred Roll) is not part of this set.

It would be very practical to build a roll player for these rolls as
the tracker scale is the same as Welte Licensee. I was in the process of
building such a roll player, but circumstances necessitated curtailing
some of my projects and that is why the rolls are available.

I was able to hear several original rolls played on the sole remaining
Wurlitzer Style 160C piano console theater organ a few years back and
the music on these rolls is just fantastic.

The price for the set is $ 2,500.00. I will include a partially
completed roll player I was building to play these rolls. Feel free
to contact me with any questions.

Thanks,
Dave Krall

[ Dave says (a) the paper is spooled on a hollow core of 30 mm
[ (1-3/16 inch) inside diameter, same as Wurlitzer R uses; (b) the
[ "player piano type" flanges are 4-1/4" diameter, similar to Ampico
[ Jumbo but larger; (c) the roll box outside dimensions are 4-3/8" tall,
 [ 4-5/8" wide and 12-1/2" long.
