Not tricky at all. COAA President Bob Yorburg carved three Wurlitzer
165 fronts, with first class help on painting, etc. Their work was
thoroughly researched, and was probably of better final quality than
most produced by Wurlitzer. See:

I think the Decap shop is still capable of building your organ,
including a custom front.
The tricky part is finding a $$ponsor.
