Motorized Hand-cranked 20-note Organ
By Phil Dayson

I am thinking about MIDI-fying and electrifying a 20-note hand-crank
organ. I do not want to add a blower but rather to use the existing
hand-cranked bellows turned by an electric motor connected by belt
and pulleys.

I assume I will use some small AC motor running about 1,700 RPM.
I have not been able to figure out what size motor I should aim for;
can somebody help me?
