FS: Raffin Flötenuhr R 20/31 Flute Clock
By Jacquelin Smith

Good day! My friend introduced me to MMD as a "place" to list an item
for sale that is quite appropriate for this site.

It is a German handcrafted "Flötenuhr R 20/31" with small wooden and
metal pipes, custom ordered and crafted in 2007 at Orgelbau Raffin
GmbH in Germany. I love the piece but now need to sell it.

It has a beautiful tone, like a miniature pipe organ. The small clock
on the top is battery operated, and the plug-in computer-style music
cartridges play electronically (110-220 VAC compatible) with air blower
(the piece is set now with a 110V plug).

There are two music cartridges: one holding a variety of 30 songs,
and the other holding 31 Christmas songs. The songs play automatically
on the hour or can be set for one-time play. There is a lever that can
be used to set the flutes for all to play, or just the wooden flutes.
I have paper instructions, lists of songs for each cartridge, and even
the original receipt.

In 2007 I paid 5,000 euros for the clock and 190 euros each for the
cartridges. The piece is in mint condition, and I am asking $4,000 for
it now, plus cost for shipping. The piece weighs about 48 pounds.
