Broken Aeolian Orchestrelle Feeder Springs
By David Tymoshchuk

Responding to Kevin McElhone's post of November 9, 2021 [211109
MMD], I'm curious -- is it possible to double up on the springs by
spooning them together with some grease, thereby increasing the
strength to a point where the spring would return? Would doubling
up end up making the spring too stiff?

It would be a last ditch effort, if a new fabrication or old spare
could not be found.
