I have a Kuhl and Klatt café instrument for sale in the Netherlands.
It plays on Kuhl and Klatt rolls which are unfortunately not with
the instrument.

The instrument is complete but needs a complete restoration. There
is no rot or woodworm; the soundboard is okay and the tuning block
seems not to be cracked although the pins are bit loose and will
benefit from pins one size larger.

Instead of the typical 'regular' mandolin rail that drops in between
the hammers and strings, it has a separate reiterating pneumatic
mandolin action below the piano action. Pictures can be supplied.
Asking 550 euros.
