I'm in need of a simple software that could convert PunchMIDI files into
an elongated image of the whole file that would be scaled like a normal
piano roll. PunchMIDI files are generated by "Perforation Editor",
a program by Julian Dyer used to create punch matrix files suitable for
cutting new piano rolls.

This software would make it possible for me to input the resulting image
into "PlaySK Piano Roll Reader". (The version that can take an image file
is still in development so you won't be able to download it from the
Github page if it isn't released yet.)

If anyone would be willing to make something like this, the program needs
to only take a PunchMIDI input and output an image; there's no need for any
windows or anything.
