I just received word from his wife, Rosanna Harris, of Bill Harris'
death on May 6, 2021, after a slow decline in health. Here is a link

Apparently Rosanna was at Bill's bedside at their home in Custer,
South Dakota, at the end, but she stepped out of the room for a moment,
and when Rosanna returned, Bill was gone to meet his maker.

A sad loss of a friend indeed.
