Draft Piano Roll Possibly by Clyde Ridge

Hi, I am trying to identify this roll. It is a "work in progress" roll;
I can't make out the title. The handwriting looks to be that of Clyde
Ridge, as I have another roll that he wrote and signed. Maybe the number
1423 is listed somewhere. Thank you for your time!
