During the last years I have developed technology and tools for making
and pinning the wooden cylinders for the barrel mechanical organs. Now,
due to my retirement, I am going to sell all these tools. These include
clamps to glue planks into the barrel, the router machine for turning
the barrel (diameters from 70 to 150 mm), hand machine to flatten the
brass wire, the unique hand press to form the wire bridges with precise
length of 2.5 to 16 mm, with 0.5 mm steps, and some hand tools for the
pinning of the barrel.

If anybody wants to learn this craft, or make a business of that,
I would be happy to offer all this stuff for quite a reasonable cost
and explain how to make a template of the pinning using the music MIDI
file and MIDIBWIN software. (I also use a laser cutter and its software,
which makes the process even easier).

I spent hundreds of hours to invent my technology and tools, and I would
like to offer all this knowledge and experience to those who are really
interested to learn and continue this almost dead craft.
