How touching it was to read and listen to the whole video on the making
of the new Seabreeze Park carousel in 1996 after the terrible March 31,
1994, fire destroyed the park's beloved PTC #36. The 1996 video was
posted by Andrew Lardieri on yesterday's 210324 MMD.

This year is the 25th anniversary of the new Seabreeze carousel.  The
newly posted video appropriately recognizes and acknowledges a quarter
of a century later the skills and workmanship of so many people that
contributed to the recreation of a lost Seabreeze masterpiece ... within
the space of two years!

Congratulations to the Long/Norris family, who have given this gift to
Rochesterians for decades to come!
