Trachtman Roll Scan Converter Type Definitions

I need to create several roll type definitions for Warren Trachtman's Roll Scan
Converter program.  While I have done this in the past, the results could have
been better.  Does anyone have a list of the program variables and how they are
used or some sample definitions they have created?
