[ Ref. 210216 MMD, Apollo/ArtEcho Rollography Now On-line ]
Jason Balcom posted the reference to a Apollo/ArtEcho roll catalog

Some years ago I sent to a MMDer in California, a box of five QRS
ArtEcho rolls. The roll numbers were [titles found at link above]:
R3183 [Sinner Doan' Let Dis Harves' Pass],
R3338 [Olympia's Waltz],
R3470 [Valse Bleue], and
R4098 [unknown].
I can't find the details of the fifth roll.
Anyway, the roll R4098 is "Midnight Rose". That is all I know.
However, "Midnight Rose" is listed in Billings Rollography under
QRS Recordo, issued in 1923: "Midnight Rose" (Foxtrot) 68450,
the composer is Pollack.
The Recordo roll is played by Harold Scott and Jeff Watters.
Presumably the Artecho version is a re-coding of the Recordo roll.
I have attached an audio file of the recording I made prior to
the rolls trip to the USA. And, yes, I know the piano needs a bit
of TLC!
