I'm downsizing and giving away a build-up O-Roll orchestrion in the
Los Angeles area near Universal Studios. No O-Rolls come with it but
here's the best part -- it's _free!_ Here's the second-best part:
I'll pay the cost of moving it downstairs to curbside since it's up
two and a half flights of stairs.
Now, the bad part: although the wood cabinet is in good shape and
the keyboard was recovered, the player mechanism is not good quality.
It has a pretty flimsy plastic spool frame and a plastic tracker bar,
and is definitely not UL approved! It worked okay for about a year
after I acquired it. That was in 1995. Just being honest here.
If someone is willing to take it all away, I can have it moved to my
garage for easy pickup. Otherwise, I'm going to move it to the street
for bulky item pickup.
Also, if any of the local movie studios need a prop, or an instrument
to set on fire or blow up, drop off a speeding truck for a movie,
here's one that is very close and available, and again -- it's _free!_ :-)
