MIDI Controller Location in Band Organ
By Scot Wilson

I am in process of laying out a MIDI control wind box for a Wurlitzer
104 band organ and have a question for those that have been down this
path. Is it better to place the MIDI controller inside the wind box
or outside? Inside will keep the numbers of wires down to just the MIDI
control cable and power. Outside will require a wire for each valve but
will be easier to work on and troubleshoot?

Any recommendations from those that have done one?
