Unknown Art Glass for Orchestrion

Does anyone know what music machine this may go to? I got it along
with various other items in a bunch from Jim Wells about 45 years
ago and am just now clearing out the corners in my house. A picture
is at this link:

It is 31-1/2" wide at the bottom. The clear glass is clear; the
mottling is the underlying table top it is resting on.
