I don't know exactly what kind of leather pouches are needed, but
most pipe organ builders do all sorts of cutting of leather pouches
and probably have the equipment at hand to do the job quickly and
efficiently.

You could also check with Organ Supply Industries (OSI).  You
can download their pdf catalog online, but note that they are a
wholesaler to the trade.  There are also firms like Arndt Organ
Supply and Columbia Leather.  You should be able to find any of them
by Googling.

If you're looking for a local business, tell us where you are
geographically, and I or someone here can probably give you the name
of a builder relatively close.
