Source of Chime Rods
By Dennis Steckley

Regarding chime rods for clocks, I know nothing about them, but
perhaps a machine shop could make them.

However, my suggested first contact for many mechanical and musical
parts for many things would always be a pipe organ builder or service
firm. They are accustomed to fabricating various kinds of parts for
organs old and new, and not only have a wide range of skills, but
there is also considerable overlap between what they do and mechanical
musical instruments.
