This is in response to John Grant posting of Jun 23, 2020.  I have what
may be a piano very similar to the Kimball described in John's note.
My piano is a 1923 Harrison built in 1923.  It has a complete Kimball
player mechanism that I've partially rebuilt ( with the Art Reblitz
book).  The stack is split.  Pictures show a similar scheme to the
Kimball described.

The head/tracker mechanism is together and seems to work okay.  The
stack pneumatics are hinged and ready to be recovered (I have a yard
of John Tuttle's .009" rubber cloth).  The valve seats are done.

I would love to see this go to someone who needs it (free of charge)
rather than the landfill.  I live in southwest Michigan and can be
