[ Ref. 200406 MMD, Seek MIDI Files for Ragtime MIDI Orchestrion ]

I've been working with a gentleman friend who purchased a Ragtime
BW66 Animal Drawn Parade Vehicle that originally played 15-tune
style "O" rolls, but since has been converted to play using a Yamaha
MDF3 floppy diskette player.

Initially, there were problems with the BW66 that Meloni & Farrier
Organbuilders in the New York area were able to repair.  If you need

A number of you have kindly responded with information about the unit,
including owners and at least one with a non-working BW66.

The BW66 orchestrion came with only one working MIDI floppy disk of
songs.  My friend needs more MIDI files that will play this BW66 but
he has been unable to get them from the manufacturer, so it struck me
to ask if anyone with a non-working BW66 that has original MIDI files
supplied with the instrument that still play might be willing to sell
them.

We are looking for original files that you bought and no longer need
-- not copies -- since these music arrangements are copyrighted by the
manufacturer [Ragtime Automated Music].  As well as any other MIDI
files that might be compatible with this unit!
