Marked Tempo of Ampico "Carnaval" Rolls
By Allen Ford

Hi again to all, I have determined that Powell put incorrect speeds on
the rolls. Maybe he liked it played slower but I think he should have
put the correct speeds on with a statement that he like a slower speed.

I have determined that the Jumbo roll I assembled should, of course,
be played at Tempo 95, as the two people with original rolls reported.

The spliced second part of Tempo 85 should be played at Tempo 65 and
the third part of Tempo 90, spliced after the first two parts, should
be played at Tempo 64.

Note: I tighten the paper on the take-up spool at the end of Part 1 and
Part 2.

Thanks for all the help,
Allen Ford
