Hi all, over the years I replaced gears in the Kimball player piano
for people here in Virginia that had these pianos, but that was
about 10 years ago.  At that time we used a brass gear that is no
longer available.

I now just looked at John Tuttle's Player Care website and he now has
some great plastic gears for sale.  Just look for Kimball pianos in
his list of pianos. You will find a video that does a great job.
