QRS "Die Greene Kosine" and "My Little Cousin"
By Phil Dayson

On this last Sunday I gave a demonstration, playing vintage
Jewish piano rolls along with a PowerPoint presentation about them.
I played the reissued QRS version of "Die Greene Kosine" and a bit
of "My Little Cousin".

Sometimes the coincidences of life are truly mind boggling. Within
an hour of me finishing the presentation, the discussion started on
MMD about these two rolls.

Robbie's link to a website which mentioned a Masters dissertation
at the Sorbonne about Jewish music rolls just added to my absolute
amazement. I am now trying to get a copy of this dissertation.
