Chris,  About the only thing I can help you with is the note.  It's
very likely from Ken Winters, who did _a lot_ of player work, etc.,
in this area.  His home in Paradise, Calif., was lost to the fire of
November, 2018, although his workshop still stands.

Ken passed away some years ago, however, and his shop contents were
pretty much sold off long before the fire.  I have a few bits from
that shop.  I think before the fire his wife Audrey also passed.
