AMICA Membership Directory Advertising Opportunity
The May-June 2020 edition of The AMICA Bulletin is our once
every-three-years Membership Directory. Besides being a detailed
and valuable members list resource used continually and frequently
by our members and others over its three-year life, it has also
developed into a major reference library of frequently-accessed
information.
The "Mechanical Music Data Base Compendium" portion features
Mechanical Music Data Sources, Mechanical Music Press Library,
AMICAs On-Line Research Library, MIDI Files for Solenoid Pianos,
and this year a multi-section feature on a Guide to MIDI. All
of these sections offer a major reference work that AMICA members
frequently access for unique information.
This edition provides advertisers an unprecedented opportunity to
present their products and services over a continual and frequently
referenced three-year shelf life. We recommend display ads of half
or full pages for best results, but also offer quarter-pages and
multi-page ads, as well as small "classified" style advertising.
Since this Directory is timeless, we recommend ads be general or
institutional style ads without reference to particular events,
dates, or time-sensitive promotions.
Premium placements such as covers, inside cover-facing pages,
or centerfolds are usually reserved for regular advertisers, but
inquire for specific placement positions as we are glad to work
with you.
Even better, AMICA does not increase its advertising rates for this
special issue. Sample rates for AMICA members are full page: $150;
half page: $75; and quarter page: $50. Rates for non-AMICA members
are higher, but a simple, annual $60 AMICA subscription can more
than wipe out that difference. These rates include high-resolution,
camera-ready copy in .jpg or .pdf formats. We can work with you on
simple composition help if needed.
The copy submission deadline for this issue is March 1, and the
edition will be received by most members around April 20.
Don't miss this rare, every three-year opportunity to advertise in this
special, useful, and highly visible publication for mechanical music.
