Thanks to an offline reply the "Unknown Weight Driven Organette"

This instrument turns out to be a Batdorf Automatic Orchestra.
It was made briefly in the early 1890s and was described to me
as "the father of all coin operated pneumatic musical instruments
in the United States". There are maybe three or four surviving
examples.
I am hoping that, now that it is identified, someone might know
the whereabouts of one these surviving instruments. It would be
really helpful if I could get a look at one of these in order to
restore this one.
Thanks,
Charlie Moore
