Who Was Aeolian Artist "Henri Bergman"?
By Ben Roth

Hello everybody, I have a Mel-O-Dee roll and a Duo-Art roll both
played by "Henri Bergman". The Mel-O-Dee roll is "Don't Tell Her What's
Happened To Me". That exact same arrangement also appears on YouTube
on a Duo-Art roll supposedly played by Frank Milne.

Was "Henri Bergman" a pseudonym for Frank Milne? I hope someone knows.
Thanks.

Ben Roth

[ The pseudonym "Henri Bergman" appeared on Aeolian Company piano
[ rolls actually played by Robert Armbruster. Ref. The Billings
[ Rollography, Vol. 3, "Pianists", page 37. However, the name might
[ also have been used by Frank Milne, so trust your ears! -- Robbie
