In reading some archived MMD posts on the Kranich & Bach player
action, it seems that they used the same stack in their player grands,
only mounted horizontally with the pneumatics facing down.  See

I suspect that the parts I need for my upright K&B player action would
probably be the same, so if anyone has one of these stacks out of
a Kranich & Bach grand, or if you know of a K&B player grands that
I could acquire either just the stack or even the whole piano, please
let me know.  I want to make every effort to salvage my project and
restore my recently acquired Kranich & Bach Mission Style upright.
