Restoring a Wurlitzer Style W Mortuary Organ
By Steve Grattan

Hi Fellow MMD'ers. I am restoring a Wurlitzer Style W mortuary organ
and I am looking for pictures of the inside of a restored one. I have
a two-level valve unit on the bass end of this instrument that came to
me with no tubing whatsoever on it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Even if someone could tell me
what the valve unit is supposed to do. The mechanism under the keybed
is made up of 4-in-1 Wurlitzer unit valve units.

Please look to see if you have any blueprints and photos of one of
these machines. Please address questions to

Steve Grattan
