Seeburg Coin Piano Plays Too Loud & Too Fast

Yes they can be made to play soft.  The motor should be 1140 rpm,
the pulley is usually about 1-3/4".   Tempo is controlled on keyboard
models by a round knob under the keyboard.

Adjusting the volume is a little more complicated, depending on type
of distribution box on top of pump.  Pictures would be nice.
