Hi Fons, In response to your MMD inquiry --
> I have a child's music box and the mechanical part is broken.
> I look for someone to fix it or to buy another similar box.
I'm sure your music box can be repaired, as long as the comb and
cylinder are intact, (which they look to be). However, without
knowing more about what the box (mechanism) is doing, or not doing,
it is difficult to tell you much about what it might cost to repair
it. Additionally, you being in the Netherlands makes the shipping
cost to the USA an additional consideration.
That being said, I've built my business on the basis of giving my
clients the best information and advice possible regardless of the
financial remuneration I might receive from any given transaction.
As such, you might wish to contact Arlette Baud & Michael Bourgoz
