News from the Morris Museum:
200+ VIP's, members and guests attended the opening reception at Morris
Museum (Morristown, NJ) for the 2nd in the contemporary kinetic art
series: "A Cache of Kinetic Art: Simply Steampunk". Inspiration for
creating this new exhibit series originated from the Murtogh D. Guinness
Collection of Automatic Musical Instruments & Automata, via curator
Michele Marinelli and conservator Jere Ryder.
'State of the Arts' TV film crew were present, interviewing artists,
curator's and guests last Thursday evening, with broadcast planned for
the near future. See links below for post and print media that has
already come out and looking forward to more in-print via NJ Monthly,
Design New Jersey and others in the next couple months.
