The American Organ Institute at the University of Oklahoma in Norman,
Oklahoma, now has the original M.P. Möller organ roll perforator and
Möller master rolls. They also have a working Möller Artiste player
connected to a portion of the former Philadelphia Convention Hall
Möller pipe organ in their music hall.
I have worked with Charles Kegg on the restoration of the perforator and
donated raw paper, boxes, spools and flanges for their project. They
are not making rolls for sale at this time but may have the original
rolls you are looking for in their collection. If so, perhaps a small
donation to their operation would encourage them to record the rolls for
you on their instrument. I suggest that you contact Jeremy Wance at AOI
to explain your family interest and to get more information.

There are collectors with working Möller Artiste instruments in
their homes but the one peculiarity of Möller Artiste rolls is that the
registration perforations were customized for each instrument when they
were made. The note perforations are made from the master rolls but the
registration changes were done with a special hand punch.
I have a copy of your grandfather's book, which I used in college when
I was studying organ on my own during my "spare time" while in engineering
school.
