I just read Mikey Mill's post and wanted to share what I found in data
provided to me by Matt Jaro:
Capitol G-464 (1928)
1 Ol' Man River 1927 Fox Trot Kern, Jerome
2 Down Where the Sun Goes Down 1928 Fox Trot Jones, Isham
3 So Dear 1928 Waltz Friend, Cliff
4 Evening Star (1928) 1928 Fox Trot Ahlert, Fred
5 Jeannine, I Dream of Lilac Time 1928 Waltz Shilkret, Nat
6 Somebody Sweet is Sweet on Me 1928 Fox Trot Donovan, Walter
7 Forgetting You 1928 Fox Trot Henderson, Ray
8 Because My Baby Don't Mean "Maybe" Now 1928 Fox Trot Donaldson, Walter
9 Blue Grass 1928 Fox Trot Henderson, Ray
10 Lonely Little Bluebird 1928 Fox Trot Woods, Harry
Unfortunately these are late enough to all still be in copyright, so
we won't readily find the sheet music online to confirm. But here's
a link to the Isham Jones group playing "Down Where the Sun Goes Down"
on a Brunswick 78. The intro of this Isham Jones tune (#2 on the roll)
matches the audio in this Brunswick record at time 1:10 --

I didn't look up any of the other tunes, but the foxtrot-waltz
pattern matches, so I'd say we should be 99% confident that these are
the correct titles.
It sounds like a great roll, I hope you get it recut!
Best wishes,
