Bornand Music Box Opens At Front

Hi Ross! I've had a number (a small number, indeed) of this style
cabinet. Some have called it a "dinner box" (though that's usually
ascribed to a box that plays for about 20 minutes) or a "buffet box"
(because you could see the movement on the buffet while sitting at
the table?).
While unusual in format, that's just what it is -- a different
"style" of case. I have an empty case just like it in my basement.
Any movement of the correct size could be put into it. I've seen
a few with a bell movement inside; I can send you pictures of one
that I had a number of years ago if you like.
There's always something interesting popping up! That's what keeps
this fun!
