Unknown Table Barrel Reed Organ

The organ looks like a version of 'Melodeon', produced by Wilhelm
Spaethe of Gera, Germany, from 1878 (German patent No. 2151).  They
were produced in various sizes from 14- to 33-note versions.  Yours
looks like one of the larger ones.

We have a short article on them in the current edition of 'Mechanical
Music World', the journal of the Musical Box Collectors' Association.
